All of us at the Chicago Chapter of AHRMM are mourning the loss of a great friend, Michael. Michael was currently the Director of Supply Chain at Methodist Hospitals. His professional history included facilities such as Presence Health and West Suburban Medical Center.
Michael D. Sporn age 59 of Des Plaines passed away November 23, 2018. Beloved husband of Cynthia ‘Cindy’ (nee Pelinski) for 30 years. Loving father of Joseph (fiancee Danielle Hepko) and Patrick (fiancee Erica Szaflarski). Fond brother of Susan Dodd, Gail Koske-Phillips, and Rider (Glen Rosen) Sporn. preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Barbara Sporn. Michael will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and canine friends. In life Michael was an avid fan of the Chicago White Sox, he spent countless hours with family and friends at the ballpark watching his favorite team.
