AHRMM is committed to engaging and supporting the next generation of healthcare supply chain leaders as early as possible to stem the tide of retirement and attrition and create a competent and sustainable workforce. Cultivating the new generation requires laying the groundwork to prepare the association and develop adequate programs and services that will help those newer to supply chain succeed at their profession.

To facilitate development of the most thorough and inclusive program possible, we want to hear from as many young professionals as possible. The survey will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete (depending on the time taken to analyze each response). Eligible survey takers will receive a $20 Starbucks card in return for their participation.
