In loving memory, Michael D. Sporn. All of us at the Chicago Chapter of AHRMM are mourning the loss of a great friend, Michael. Michael was currently the Director of Supply Chain at Methodist Hospitals. His professional history included facilities such as Presence Health and West Suburban Medical Center. Michael D. Sporn age 59 of Des Plaines passed away November 23, 2018. Beloved husband of Cynthia 'Cindy' (nee Pelinski) for 30 years. Loving father of Joseph (fiancee Danielle Hepko) and Patrick (fiancee Erica Szaflarski). Fond brother of Susan Dodd, Gail Koske-Phillips, and Rider (Glen Rosen) Sporn. preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Barbara Sporn. Michael will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and canine friends. In loving memory, Dorian Wright. On November 11, 2017, we lost one of our former board members, Dorian. All of you that had the good fortune to know Dorian knew what a great person he was. He was our former President from 2005-2007. We spent 34 years in the field of supply chain with the latest position of Director of Materials Management at St. Anthony Hospital in Chicago. He was a loving soul and all of our prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends.
